11-19-08 - Start your journey to ADYC with a Blessing of Travelers.

11-18-08 - During Saturday of ADYC, we'll have two sessions in which we'll ask parishes to discuss some topics in small groups. Adults and young adult assistants are asked to facilitate these discussions. Here are some Helpful hints for leading a small group at ADYC

11-12-08 - The Pastoral Center fax machine (503-234-2545) is currently out of toner. New cartridges have been ordered and it should be back up on Thursday or Friday at the latest. You may still fax to that fax machine during this time and it will keep your faxes in its memory. We will process your forms as soon as possible. Any forms in the machine before midnight tonight will be considered on time.

11-10-08 - If faxing in forms to the archdiocese, please use a fax cover sheet that clearly identifies your parish, a contact person with phone, and the correct number of pages you are faxing.

11-10-08 - All Nov 10 deadlines have been extended to Wed, Nov 12. Note that Nov 10 still appears in all of the online and printed info. However, Nov 12 will be honored.

11-07-08 - Due to several requests, we've added a credit card payment option to the ADYC online registration. Unfortunately, our system currently cannot handle a "group" credit card payment. Therefore, if you'll be paying by credit card, you'll need to "pay" for each registrant separately.

11-07-08 - While you should have the background check expiration dates and SE training dates of your adults at the time of your registration, we understand that there may be extraordinary reasons why you may not have that info in front of you. Yet you must put something in those respective fields while registering adults. A temporary workaround for this is to place xx-xx-xx in those date fields. Then when you have that information, send the names of the adults and their respective dates to ym@archdpdx.org. We will manually replace your xx-xx-xx with the dates you send us. All dates must be in place at least one week before ADYC so that they can be verified at the archdiocese.

Bring a "Young Adult Assistant" to ADYC

We're looking for priests for the sacrament of reconciliation. If a priest will attend ADYC with your parish, we'll give him complementary ADYC registration.
